The puck up and return process was easy. The car was clean and as described. The problem was with pre-existing damage. I had to air up the front passenger tire several times through my week long trip. That wasn't a big deal, but on the 6th day I noticed that the front passenger bumper clip came loos and the bumper cover was gaped our away from the car. I know I did not hit or curb anything but HK still tried to file a claim against me for front end damage. I had a certified mechanic look at the pictures of the damage and was told this was an old break to the urethane bumper cover. The material had oxidized and collected debris that wouldn't be possible in the time I had the car. It was likely a shoddy repair job that had come loose. Even more, HK had up-close pictures of this area of the car from before I took it. I found this odd. Almost as if they were anticipating a problem in this area. On top of this, they read the odometer wrong and tried to bill be for going 69 miles over my milage limit. I had pictures to prove I was actually 400 miles under. Turo did an investigation into the claims and dismissed both of them. The staff was very friendly, but the whole situation was sketchy at best. I will be avoiding this dealer on my next trip.
