Amazing experience, the pickup and drop off was smooth. The car ran perfect and burned no gas!

Gustavo and his wife were GREAT the FIRST time. NOT the SECOND time, all my points may seem petty but I’m frustrated with this situation. I received the car with one level less than full, had to pay for parking when there’s a $65 airport drop off fee. The car then had “change oil now” and “check all 4 tire pressure” signals going off from the moment we received the car. I drive a VW so I understood this going be sometime away but it is still not the way to present your car when it is being rented. The drop off / return became extremely complicated this time around as Gustavo nor his wife provided a lock box which was included the first time and made the whole experience a breeze - not this time. Our flight changed from 8am to 7am with a 5am check in and early boarding. Gustavo asked me to arrange with his wife to see “IF” she could, this worried me as I could not wait around on the airport for someone to arrive and risk being charged for missing my flight or having to mail their key. So as a solution to mostly Gustavo and his wife and NOT me as it is COSTING me MORE money; I offered to give the car back early. Now I have to pay a $70 Uber to receive. $50 refund from Turo not including the cost of the other Uber’s to complete my errands. I went about completing my errands by Uber and left the car in the parking lot. His wife was to let me know in advance when she would be coming and it wasn’t for a few hours...she showed up early and she showed up angry. She yelled and gave all her personal frustrations out on me. Not realizing that I did HER a FAVOR by returning the car the day before. It is a shame that they acted like this. I will not rent from them again because of the personal experience but I will not take away from the professional experience I had the first time around with a lock box, paid parking and professional communication at all times.
