This host is great. When car things go wrong and you aren’t working with a big rental car company, A host like Sky provided the needed human touch. Unfortunately the car had unforeseen alternator issues. However sky worked with me at every obstacle. Was very willing to make adjustments when I voiced concern about car safety. Car is cute, very fuel efficient and a good ride around maui. Turo customer support is not good. Lots of time on phone trying to get unused fees returned just the hassle of finding another car when this one was broke. Weeks later I finally got in touch with someone high enough to resolve billing issues. Turo could do way better with customer support. Kind of a drawback to use Turo in the future

I know it was frustrating for you and I did my best to make the process as easy as possible under the circumstances. Fortunately now those issues are resolved and the car continues to run great after getting it back from you. I hope Turo customer service reads this and improves on their end.

Sky the host is great. Car has had some battery issues. Turo customer support has been terrible. I was hung up on and not called back about unused balance and much needed customer service

Had some battery issues but Sky was super communicative and helpful to get this issue resolved. Car is efficient with gas (49mi/gallon). Brakes a bit squeaky and transmission has some lag, so not the smoothest ride. The pros outweigh the cons
