Great car, great host!

First off, I appreciate him for having the car ready in such a short period of time. We rented another truck that had to cancel so TURO was able to hook us up with this car last minute. It did delay our departure time, because he had to "get the car ready" which took a few hours. However, we did receive the car dirty and on an Empty tank. So the "get the car ready" part confuses me. There was some damage on the car that when we returned, his workers were taking pictures of as of we did. It wasn't the host himself, but whoever he had working for him was not the best. They couldn't even park. Had us come back to move it for him because he didn't have experience driving the vehicle that he is checking on...
