Lora had good communication, car was clean and ran great. I had one issue of frustration with not being able to extend my trip, but that was not Lora’s fault. Pick up and return was easy and on time.

Lora car needed brakes and upon telling her the low tire signal came on in the car she advised me it was due to the “Weather” found out the car had nails in the tire. And was told by Lora I had to call roadside assistance. And also drive the car to her husband shop which was a hour away to replace the tire. Very inconvenient for me. No Courtesy for having to travel out my way to get a tire changed.

Shaniqua, Thank you for the review. I will use this experience to make the service better for the future clients. When you reported low tire pressure, I was not aware that the tire had two nails and was torn. Tire pressure changes in cold temperature.According to Turo policy, as a client you do have to call roadside assistance in incidence like that. I apologize for the inconvenience of an hour drive to our shop, but we tried to do our best to keep you safe on the road for the remaining time.
