Model X was awesome to drive around Denver. Ken was extremely easy to work with. I’d rent from Ken again.

All and All I will definitely be contacting Ken to use this vehicle again. It did come with some bumps and bruises on it, but it’s CO and Turo so you can’t complain. The interior is phenomenal you can tell this vehicle is taken care of.

Ken is what you want in a host. Quick to respond, tentative, and professional. Although when I picked up the car it was left at a low charge of approximately 33% by time I got the car home it was low and I was forced to have a unplanned supercharger session when I had a whole day planned already. The car has some damage to the back and front that I was not aware of when renting. It's the cheapest model x on the app I believe. So it makes sense that it has damage, but I was unaware. Overall the car was wonderful and so was Ken. I just would hope that the cars charge and readiness for the next person would be confirmed so the incident with me doesn't happen. Thank you again ken!

Robert is correct about the damage. Unfortunately, Turo has not been kind to the car and there is some cosmetic damage near the rear tail light, caused by a renter backing the car into something. It is however fairly minor. On the charge portion, the car is required to be charged ahead of the next renter. In Robert's case, the previous renter did not do so and received a reimbursement fee as a result. This is very rare however. There is a supercharge station as you depart the airport.
