Chantel did not communicate with us and brought the vehicle back more than a day later. Caused us to have multiple cancellations for other guests. While she may or may not have smoked in the vehicle, it still had a smoke odor to it. Did not read the mileage allotments for our vehicle, nor did she search for vehicles closer to her location that would have suited her better. Knowing those things, she still complained about the drive to our location, that she chose. Was over 100 miles in excess of her allotment. Missed her extensions multiple times and had to call Turo to fix. She also blamed us for fees that Turo charges, that we as Hosts have no control over. Steer clear unless you are looking to spend all of your time on the phone with Turo to sort out her own issues. While we do try to cater to all of guests, even those that are transparent to inform us of mileage or other needs, we cannot read minds or help those that cannot communicate to us.
