First experience was ok second experience was HORRIBLE I was charged an extra $229 on top of the $300 something dollars he got from me for mileage because he changed his mileage to 100 miles each day but forgot he changed it after my trip was booked and said it was 200 miles each day so I’ve been dealing with trying to get the charges disputed for the past 2 days I will not be using Turo ANYMORE because of him and this situation

Thank you for your review. Like I mentioned we can not make changes after a trip has already started. If you have questions on how to use the Turo app please contact Turo Support for assistance and to get better understanding.

Car was very clean. Pickup and drop off was very easy process. Great experience all around.
