Worst car rent ever! It ruined our weekend and we lost our hotel reservation. When we arrived at the meet up place, Habib wasn’t there and he told us that the car was on the parking, doors open and key inside. But when we arrived to the car, it wasn’t the same than the one on the announcement ! So I called Turo and they told me to don’t take this car, because it’s not covered by the insurance I paid ! I stayed almost 2 hours on the phone with Turo, waiting for Habib to register the car on the Turo app, so I could have the insurance but he didn’t answered the phone. So we cancelled the reservation. I had no apologizes from Habib. Moreover, the car was very dirty and there was no oil inside. Thankfully, Turo refund me very quickly, for the car and the uber back to our hotel. They also gave me addictional money. But it was a terrible experience.

Used to run errands is a good car, It could’ve been alittle more cleaner and the cars up keep could’ve been better but overall it was great and got me where I needed to go
