Took an Uber to his lot and saw the car had exterior damage that was not shown in the photos. The driver side door was severely scratched up. I was not going to ride around in a damaged car so I got a refund for the car and the Uber (thanks Turo!). However, I ended up missing an important meeting because of this. I was very disappointed.

I picked up the car at 5pm Monday just for it so not start up when I got to my destination, I then had to wait 4 hours for a tow truck and another hour for him to release a replacement car for me. I asked if he would replace the time I lost on the backend of the trip and he said he would, I have not heard from him since then. He has not responded to any of my messages or concerns. I will STILL be returning the car at 10pm not 10am because he verbally approved and I basically paid for it, but I won’t be back because this was way too much of a hassle. First bad experience with Turo.
