Had a great experience. Clean car and well maintained. Fine airport parking made a lot of things easier for us.

This rental was a truly awful experience. For a frame of reference, the owner subcontracts pickup and return to Fine parking at the Denver airport. In theory this should work well, but only if the car is in excellent condition, which it is not. The car does not have navigation, which is fine. So you can use your phone to navigate. But this requires a working power point. I set off on my trip without realizing the power point wasn't charging my phone because it was broken. Mid way through my trip on a very busy free way, I had to pull to the shoulder as my phone was dying. Through A-B testing I figured out the front power point was bad, the one in back was still working. I rooted through my luggage by the side of the road to find the longest cord I had to so I could use the point in the back. Besides a bad power point, the center console had some loose pad that slid and locked trapping my finger, which was extremely painful. This happened to me twice before I learned to avoid getting my hands near the center unit. Lastly, the owner is not real. I never got a single reply to anything I wrote that was responsive. All the responses were automated chatbot type responses. If they did come from a human, that person does not understand English. I've used Turo quite a bit. This was by far my worst experience.
