It's an electric car, when I got it I asked all the kind of questions as a totally newbie about it. Robert was rude and impatient. He took personal and unnecessary pictures of me and my Drive license in order to have start the trip. Even with Riley ride already providing this. He told me that it would charge over night at my house if plugged. NO. I could only have a 40-50% charge in 12h. I Was also told that the car did 90miles. NO, even in Eco mode the car was only able to do 82m or less. I was 1h23min late to return the car, what I explained with that I couldn't charge the car all the way (I work across town) to have miles enough to drive. I had to find a special station to be able to charge the car enough to return it. Robert was really not understandable and even more rude. even with me apologizing and saying that I would pay what was needed. I had a uber driver waiting near by when Robert started to acting irrational with me. the driver went out of his car said good night and asked if was everything okay. Robert then blow up. Cursing and calling me foul language. I just like to say that I was scared that he would be aggressive towards me if I didn't have the uber driver with me. Because of this experience and Roberts behavior I hope that no other costumer is treated as I was tonight.

Robert was awesome at accommodating me. I had to extend my trip twice while my car was in the shop and Robert made it easy for me to do so. The car is also easy to drive. Just make sure you charge it every night and plan your trips with an electric car.
