I would not recommend renting to Senolita after the experience I had. I arrived on time to the airport to pick her up and had to wait for 20 minutes while she and her travel companion waited for their luggage. I had to ask one of them to come and get the vehicle so I could leave (I had somewhere to be) while the other waited for luggage (should have been common courtesy). I explained to Senolita how the vehicle worked and gave her a vehicle info sheet I give to every renter, then I left. 30 minutes later I was shopping with my family and I get a very aggressive phone call from Senolitas travel companion (I believe it was her mother) saying that the vehicle was dirty and unsafe. The vehicle had literally been cleaned and detailed that very morning and was immaculate. She also told me my vehicle was unsafe because the tire pressure was too high, even though the vehicle instructions I gave them clearly explained that the after market tires were filled to a higher pressure than standard tires. She told me I needed to meet her somewhere to talk about all the supposed issues. She was the first renter who had ever done anything like that. I was so uncomfortable after the calls and texts I had to block her number and report the issue to Turo. Turo agreed it would be best the reservation be cancelled and the vehicle returned since they could see in the check in photos that the vehicle was immaculate and I have nothing but 5 star reviews. For days Turo tried to contact Senolita to return the vehicle but they would not respond to their calls or texts at all. Finally I had to reach out and ask the vehicle be dropped off instead of me taking them to the airport since I was not comfortable doing so. I would have given a 1 star review but Senolita did do what I asked and dropped the vehicle off and the car was clean and gassed up, so at least it ended on a higher note after days of not even knowing the status of my vehicle or whether it would be returned at all.
