The only reason I do not cancel my account is because I'm trying to get Turo to account for the coercive and abusive behavior, including humiliation and punitive actions when I've given the best service I can and my customer reviews speak to that. They do not seem to have drivers safety in mind and have ignored my complaints and made circumnavigating their support team absolutely impossible. The only way I seem to be able to communicate with them at all is through my comments. I sincerely hate to speak this way, but I'm a tolerant and peaceful person, so if their tactics rub me painfully, I must assume there is a pattern. Thank you for your consideration,.
