Autumn communicated well when picking up and dropping off vehicle. Car was returned clean, except the outside of it and tank was empty but Autumn communicated that would be the case and I was able to request reimbursement for that.

I put this off until the last minute because I hate writing negative reviews but unfortunately sometimes it must be done. Autumn has been my only negative guest experience in 150+ trips on Turo. Unfortunately for this reason I was unprepared and didn't have proper documentation to request compensation. The car was returned quite late however to her credit she was upfront upon realizing this would be the case. I waited at a nearby Restaurant for her call and when i finally heard from her she told me she was in a rush and couldn't wait for me to get back to the meeting spot and the keys were left inside. Rude but not overly so. When I got to the car though I found it reaked of weed, and had remenants of it all over, it was dirty but not outrageous. So I canceled my next guests trip (she had small children) sprayed oziom and figures I'd deal with it the next day. When I did I saw the back seat was COVERED in dog hair. So much so that not only did I have to get this car detailed and pay for per hair removal but enough traveled on me that my other cars now have traces of it. I don't mind weed and I have a dog but come on... Get a car listed as pet friendly and save the hot boxing for your own car...... Or at least Crack a window lol..
