My first and the worst experience ever. Vehicle was not at the location. I was given another vehicle to drive to pick up the vehicle I scheduled to pick up. After Driving the right vehicle, I realized that it was COMPLETELY INFESTED BY ROACHES. They were coming out of the vents, the door panels, the arm rest and glove box. The worst part was that the host was unresponsive in messages and did not answer calls. I had to call Turo to cancel the trip or else I would have been stuck with it. I was charged for 1 day but refunded the rest of my trip. I ABSOLUTELY DO NONT RECOMMEND THIS HOST

The owner misplaced the keys to the car I originally purchased so I was reassigned to a 2016 Nissan Sentra. The interior and exterior of the car was dirty (there was trash in the car doors and a used fork in the glove compartment), there was no windshield wiper fluid, the tire pressure indicator was lit upon picking up the car, and I had to jump the car’s battery after it didn’t start last night. I was also given a key fob with a dead battery, so I was not able to lock my car - which was an issue for me as I was using the car for business. I will not rent from Bing in the future.
