If I could leave negative stars I would. This was the WORST experience. The vehicle was dropped off with ZERO POWER STEARING, the check engine light was on, the A/C barley worked, and the tires were nearly bald! Anytime we parked there was brown liquids leaking!!!!!! I asked Taylor for a refund since it was a DANGEROUS vehicle to have on the road and I paid for a SAFE, WORKING vehicle! Not a death trap. And he wouldn’t. All he said was “i will have that looked at later you can have it towed” like what? I need a functioning vehicle! It was towed and turo left us without a car at MIDNIGHT in a park, 45 minutes away from our Airbnb and were completely stranded! Turo didn’t help us at all. The next day we had to rent a u-haul because it’s all we could find. WORST service EVER.

The safety issue was the car shaking violently when braking from any speed over about 40. Other issues were a sound of metal on metal when starting the engine, a broken AC, and the tire pressure light constantly on. Even though the listing said the car came with a toll transponder, I didn’t see one, and Taylor didn’t respond to that question during the trip, so I paid cash for the tolls. Other than the toll question, Taylor was pretty responsive. I don’t think the car is safe for driving, but Taylor said he was going to take it to be looked at after drop off. The car pick up / drop off at the Tampa airport was very easy.
