Good communication. The car has a bit of issue but was able to work through and being understandable. Would love to have him rent again

I would not rent to Daniel again. Proof: https://goo.gl/YvKcsz I rarely give negative reviews but I think its important that we Turo Hosts help each other by warning other hosts of renters who can really ruin the Turo community feel of respect and taking care of each other, both the renters experiences and the owners properties. In fairness, our Audi's oil service light came up after a couple of days from his pickup. We immediately responded and said we would schedule with Audi Dealership to have the oil changed, we made sure we paid for it and that he wouldn't spend too much time waiting. It ended up taking longer, Audi said they had to update the computer system, that was out of our hands. Daniel was cool at first but quickly treated us like we were beneath him and made some insults about how we run our business which is going too far when Turo encourages a community feel over the corporate rental agency experience (From Turo: "they’ll never want to go back to an agency counter again."). After that, there was no incidence. We received the car back on time. Normally, a majority of rentals go without incidents but we found some damage on the rear driver side wheel well and quarter panel. Daniel wasn't happy that we put in a claim with turo. In response he did message that he will fight it with Turo, which is understandable. Our car logging system did show that compared to previous renter (who rented for several months), Daniel was 6-9 times as aggressive of a driver in regards to hard braking, hard accelerations, and going over the 70s speed limit. You can see the info here: https://goo.gl/YvKcsz Again, we rarely ever have incidents like this. Majority of the time guests enjoy the cars, we're both respectful to each other, and overall encourage that community feel. Either Daniel is an exception to this positive experience or his behavior was an exception for this rental. Either way, the damages and his driving habit in the car logs speak for themselves.

He was a great renter. I would Recommend him.
