About Michelle

Hi! My Name is Michelle. We are a travel softball family of 3. We travel on a budget and try to get the most out of each trip. We want to experience life in your town the most authentic way possible. Turo and Airbnb allow us to do that. I have had my California drivers license for 26 year as well as recently driven over 500 kilometers in Ireland. I am proud to say I have maintained a impeccable driving record through the years and while traveling. I use USAA for my car insurance, and I own and drive a Prius daily.

The reason I listed my car is to have some Tesla fans to get a kick out of the car as much as I do. I am not in this for the money as I am able to finance this car myself. I also do Uber and Lyft (maybe one ride per month or every 3 months, again not to make money with those apps but) to be able to see some customers light up when I approach them with my car and take them around. Some people got extremely excited (I am sure they are a fan of Tesla cars too) when they saw my car. That brought a smile to their faces and I hope that made their day. I am sure it made their day since some of the Uber and Lyft customers left comments saying how excited they were. According to Michelle, her daughter is a big fan of Tesla and seems to have read up about it online or heard from friends. So renting out the car to Michelle makes a lot of sense. I am sure her daughter would be thrilled and would have so many stories to tell her friends in school this Summer and Fall. Life is not perfect and there is no such thing as perfection. So if once in a while I could go a little out of my way to make some other people a little happy, I would try to do it. It's an art trying to make people happy, I am not perfect at it--then again, is anything ever perfect?
