Henry was super communicative and open to any questions any time. The Mazda behaved perfectly and was an important part of our great trip to California. Recommended!

As a first time user of Turo, I picked Henry's SUV over other choices because he had stellar reviews and much more experience (19 trips as of this writing) than other similar SUV's in our area. I wasn't disappointed by this decision - Henry was terrific about communicating, giving helpful tips and advice about Turo from the get go, and staying in touch throughout the duration of the trip. He was very flexible about the pickup and drop off times (with the pickup/dropoff site being a well-lit public parking lot near where he lives). Because there was a snafu with the Turo Go device at pickup time, he sent his wife over to meet us with the key for the car, and because the app was having an issue at pickup, she patiently waited while I was on with customer service with Turo to make sure everything went smoothly and oriented me to the car while we were waiting. The SUV was a nice pleasant ride throughout our entire trip. By the way, one small but nice extra feature is that Henry has installed a couple of extra USB charger ports next to the front passenger seat. Although I had the car officially through Monday morning, my friends and I came back from our trip on Sunday night, and Henry had no problems taking back the car late at night (11 pm!) and patiently waited while we took post-trip photos in the parking lot. The SUV was a little muddy from our trip, and Henry was kind enough to waive the post-trip cleanup fee since we were returning the car early even though he didn't have to. In summary, I have no reservations recommending Henry and his SUV to other Turo users, and thank him for helping make the process go smoothly for this first time user.
