Let me start by saying, the communication ( responses)was delayed and could be berthis host wasThe car was not in the condition as the pictures in the listing. This car was wrecked in the front. The bumper was being hep up be zip ties. The grill was totally GONE! The radiator was visible outside of the car. The passenger side view mirror was taped on with black electrical tape, and The AC did not work. There were scratches and dents on the car as well. I did not drive away with the car, I immediately called Turo and requested a refund. Turo contacted the host and the host told Turo that I wanted a refund because the car was too small. This was an untrue statement. I knew exactly what size the car was when I booked it. Turo with NO HESITATION refunded my money as they could see the condition of the car in the pictures that I submitted to them, they gave me a FULL REFUND, helped me find a new trip/car and gave me a credit for my inconvenience towards another trip with them. Previous pictures of this car were uploaded prior to my arrival... PSA: Always take your own pictures and submit them! Thank you again for your prompt response and customer service.

Michael is an awesome host. I extended my trip more than once, and it was not a problem. Pick up and drop off was fast and Mr. King was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend using one of Michael's cars.
