I would not rent to these people again no matter how much I was paid. Entitled, reckless, irresponsible, and obnoxious are some adjectives I would use to describe these people. I have rented to over 30 people through Turo and have never had an experience like this before. They did not read the instructions before the trip and blamed me, via screaming at me in front of my 8 year old child, for everything that they did not prepare for which was clearly stated in my listing including not securing a way to charge the car, not understanding my policy for airport pick-up and much more. I changed my trip length for them multiple times (in their favor, representing a loss to me), and they asked me to change it again after renting it so they did not have to pay an extra day that they had asked me to reserve for them. I went out of my way to pick them up at the airport after they had a flight delay, but they did not want to wait the extra 20 minutes, so they took a taxi to get my car from my farm and then blamed me for not having the car waiting for them at the airport, even thought I clearly state in my listing that I pick people up in a different car and bring them to the Tesla at my farm. They actually yelled at me for not seeing their flight delay posted 1am my time. They seemed to think I would be awake at 1am tracking their flight every moment of day and night. Then they broke my key fob, putting it on a wet pair of board shorts (it's an electronic key) and then tried to blame me for it and refused to pay for the replacement. The driver texted me while driving my car at full speed (over 50mh), which I was able to see because my car tracks the data. They drove in neutral on full speed on a main highway for a long period of time, they programmed a driver's name into my car computer to remember the driver's seat position but did not get approval for that person to drive my car. They took things out from inside the compartment below my trunk, where the car equipment for towing stays, that is not meant to be used, and left it out in the pouring rain and did not tell me they did that or where I could find these things until many hours later, way after dark. The list goes on and on. Run the other way! Do not rent to these people!
