What a great experience this was!! Carey took excellent care of my Jeep!!! She was easy to communicate with and was in time both for pick up and delivery!! She brought my car car clean like she took it and with more gas than she took it with!! I would give her a 10/10 and I would not hesitate to let her rent any of my cars!!! Disregard the review from the prior guy. She is great!!!

Life Happens. Windshield Rock Chip repair from Satellite = $98.60 and lost Tesla Key Card = $25, still not paid/re-imbursed as of Dec 13 (10 Days ago). I asked for direct reimbursement and Carey did agree to it and if she believed that Turo would cover any of these, this should be on Carey to file a claim and spend time with Turo to do so. As electric car owners who want to share and spread EV experiences, I understand that they were not used to this. If they just picked up the phone, I could have told them to stay at the charging station for 30 mins and they would have had enough charge for the rest of the evening. Instead they supercharged for about 5-10 mins, got enough charge to get to their destination and then didn't have enough to complete their evening, without scrambling and interrupting their entire evening. I get that and it takes a little planning and being on top of things. I had stressed that I'm available on the phone at any time to make their trip on electric as smooth as possible. However I was only contacted when the car key card was lost/dropped into a part of a console that would require service techs to remove and retrieve. I then had to unlock and start the car remotely twice so they could complete the trip. Long and short of it, if Carey believes the costs of re-imbursement is covered by Turo, then she should have followed through with her promise of paying me first, then follow up with Turo. Please don't compound the issues and let it linger. I've had to spend more time on this as well as fix the windshield rock repair and get a new car key card. I did this asap. I expect the guests to follow through asap as well. This is only fair. Again at time of this review, nothing has been rectified on the costs. I also included cost of charging the car which amounted to $34.10, so I think I'm more than an accommodating host for their 1 day trip to LA and back.
