Unfortunately, I had a disappointing trip with Ryan. He did not return the car on time (was supposed to be 10pm) on Sunday and didn’t communicate that he wanted a 12 hour extension until 11:40pm, meaning that I was unable to drive to work on Monday. I was able to charge him for the inconvenience but had to request reimbursement again because he left the gas tank he left 5/8 full. I would have loved proactive communication about this since or a sincere attempt to communicate the changes to the trip instead of waking up to find my car unreturned.
