Communication with Vicki at the beginning was great she responded whenever I texted her, she was prompt, I sent her over my flight information so that I would know where to meet her for pickup. Once I landed she text me the car location. She was not there to do the inspection. She left the key under the mat and I had to pay a $7.00 fee to get out of the airport parking lot. The car was dirty with dog hair and an old mildew smell. The check engine light was on the whole time and it took two turns just to start the car. My advice for Vicki .... to treat this like a business, if I request a non pet vehicle, don’t say your vehicle is, if your not able to meet the person who is renting your car you should send someone else, if you park in a pay lot you should pre pay the exit and you should wash the outside and vacuum the inside before renting out.
