Terrible experience. -I was not given the van listed. -The van I was given had the “Check Air Bag” light on from very early on. -A bit later, the “Check Tires” light went on. -And a little bit after that, the “Change Oil” light went on. I was told to contact Turo at the start of my trip by the agent and so I did- had constant communication with them. But I legitimately feared for my life while I drove this van. Then, when I’m returning it, the agent does not pick up the phone, is not sitting at the desk when I arrive, and the sign left at the desk sent me to a different location that turned out to be wrong. AVOID THIS HOST AT ALL COSTS.

I highly recommend to AVOID! AVOID AVOID AVOID... the price was 3 times more then I expected & Terrible customer service. Even if you think about canceling the guy will charge you and won’t even care.
