Worst experience in turo. Made changes at the time of pick up which was suppose to be at the airport. Made me ride an uber with my kids to the location of the van and did nothing about the reimbursement. I had to call turo to reimburse my uber ride. Next, the condition of the van when i picked up was dirty, no gas and low tire pressure. Alignment was really bad and next day found out that tire threads were comin out on the front tire. Had to return the van early because i didnt feel safe driving it with my kids and my parents. Make sure to check with them your pick up and drop off point because listing is not accurate.
HORRIBLE!! A complete misogynist!!! Completely unprofessional. Car never showed up, and then we Uber’ed to a separate location to get the car and he showed up 45 minutes late! He then refused to give us the vehicle at all because I was upset he was late and didn’t show up to pick us up. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t trust this company!! Complete SCAM!!!! Biggest jerks I’ve ever met. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They can cancel your reservation after the pick up time!! After you’ve uber’ed to them!!
