I did not receive the car I booked. The car given to me did not have as much cargo space, which I really needed. Also, People at Ole Car did not acknowledge that I had my car insurance with Turo. As a client, I felt like I was dealing with 2 completely different companies that did not know much about the other. For example, when I returned the car, Ole Car was going to charge me additional cost for mileage. I had to send them an email of my contract with Turo so that would not make the extra charge. They finally accepted because it was in Turo's contact.

Honestly I felt taken advantage of. Once rented you found the fine print which stated you needed to either buy their extra insurance for $150 euros or pay an $1100 euro deposit. I planned to pay the deposit but once I got there I couldn’t do that (or rent car) because I didn’t have an international DL and was using my debit card. I planned to go somewhere else, but wait! Buy the extra insurance and I was miraculously able to rent the car. And I filled car with gas when I brought it back but because the pump was prepay I missed by about 3 liters. They charged me over $50 euros to top it off. I would say buyer beware of Ole. Use Turo as it’s intended with an individual in this case. The car was nice however. But two stars in generous.
