I have been renting from Bing’s and BingBing’s Turo Car Rental for while now because of the selection of their cars, the convenience of the location and availability times for pick up and return. I have been cooperative with Jojo and Bing, I have always always greeted them with “Aloha” and “how are you” and smiles lots of smiles of “aloha”, unfortunately, this time it has gone too far with “COMMUNICATION and ATTITUDES” I have given both of them the outmost RESPECT and I have shown APPRECIATION for both of them, no matter what. If it was the other way around, I bettcha they would NEVER EVER COME BACK to me for car rental because I gave them a “bad attitude” received “no communication or misunderstanding communication” and the cars were in no way drivable because of the yellow or red lights come up at the dashboards, “engine check” “oil needs maintenance” “tire needs air” SERIOUS. I tried to tell them of all my concerns and the problems of the vehicle, ....🤷♀️🤦♀️maybe not taking care of the situation before it gets worse. I sent my concerns in private messages so that they are aware of it. Why I kept coming back, I was praying in hopes they corrected their car problems. I told them a few times that I was even thinking about inquiring from them to purchase a used vehicle. My decision already know what it is. I won’t tolerate the disrespect anymore. As a consumer, we use our hard earned paycheck to help another doing business with local businesses. This is Hawai’i and “ ALOHA MEANS LOVE”” simple humble, respect, integrity, humility,
