This is my worst experience in Turo ever. This car is very old (older than 10 years). I returned the car to the owner in perfect condition, he inspected it in front of me and said everything looked great. I also have photos to prove it. But a day after, he filed an incorrect claim. He caused the damage to his own car and tried to ask me to pay for it after I returned the car in proper condition. I felt cheated. This has never happened to me on Turo. It's not fair. Hope no one else faces this.
