When we picked up the car everything seemed alright although the car was pretty dirty in and outside. The battery of the car died during our second stop. When we called him he wasn’t helpful and left us alone to solve the problem, which wasn’t easy since we couldn’t even jump the car. When we dropped off the car he asked how our trip was going. He seemed like a nice guy but he didn’t believe us and he claimed we must have left the headlights on, which wasn’t true. We had to take the car to an Advance Auto Parts store where we were told the car battery was dying. Since other reviews are okay I’d like to believe this experience was a coincidence only.
