The trip was great, the experience was great. Only flaw was in the cleanliness of the vehicle. (Not Ryan’s fault) It seems the previous driver returned the vehicle without taking some time to clean it. As a result the car needed to be cleaned ASAP. Also it had a weird smell I guess also correlated to the previous drivers negligence. Upon informing Ryan he did apologize for the inconvenience and was really great at giving a brief instructions on how everything worked.

Everything with the car was great including the price. Pick up in the LAX Turo Lot is horrible. I was third in line to pick up the car and waited over 30 minutes. I was also never refunded my uber fair to the lot. (they said they would, the website said they would)
