I first would like to say my rating has nothing to do with josh and his wife or the cleanliness and the appearance of the car because that was fine. Josh and his wife are very nice and communicative so I am very conflicted on writing this review but upon reading the guidelines and rules they should have never let me drive the car. The day before the trip I was told the car had turned off but started right back up and was told that they would cancel the ride a few hours later but didnt I was contacted stating that there was an issue with the car but would be fine for me to take the trip after they said they took it to a mechanic and that I could cancel if I did not feel comfortable which was unfair due to the fact that it was not my doing and I would not get all my money back so after being reassured that it would be fine I went ahead and drove the car I just decided not to bring my 3 yr old just in case and sure enough being 200+ miles away from home but walking distance to my destination the car shut off luckily I was able to pull off the side of the road the car would not start back up and around 2pm I came back to the car it still would not start I used my aaa roadside assistance to get the car towed to they're family members home and they paid for a ticket for me to get home I didn't get home until after 10pm it was a huge inconvenience I do really appreciate them helping me get home but that was pretty much a portion of the money I paid them for the trip if they could make sure that the car is in better condition I do believe that they would be really great people to work with. this is and will be my first and last time on turo

Josh was fantastic! Very communicative during the entire process and clear on when he was arriving and dropping off. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks Josh! :)
