4.5 stars. Everything was great: communication, punctuality, flexibility, and it was a really nice car with a bunch of amenities. The only thing that could've been better was a clean windshield. The inside of the windshield had a film or residue on it that made visibility difficult in direct sunlight. I would totally rent this car from Jeevan again!

Turo allows for very specific booking Windows unlike a traditional rental car company since the rentals are specific to a particular vehicle. This renter was running late which normally wouldn't be a big deal however I had left a message 2 days before through the app informing him that there was a rental 2 hours after his return and he needed to be on time. I was not informed that he would be running late until the car should have been returned, afterwards I did not get an accurate estimate of when he would be back and so the next renter was left waiting without a vehicle which could have been prevented had we at least had an accurate estimate of his return time.
