I've been renting with Turo maybe five years, and this was by far the worst trip I've ever had. From start to finish, when my flight arrived I text Eric to let him know, no response. I called and his phone was disconnected. 20-30 mins later he finally replies via text to let me know he's on the way. I was in town for an important matter, upon arrival I noticed an action figure on top of the car that wasn't in original postings of the car. He explained it would be too much of hassle to remove, if I could understand and left it. Everywhere I went it drew unwanted attention to me and I felt unsafe and humiliated. The fuel level was pretty much empty, car unwashed both inside and out, and he mentions I can take it to be cleaned if I choose he didnt have the time and it's supposed to rain. All in all I gve this trip and host NO STARS. I felt as if it were a complete waste of money and my time and would not recommend nor rent from him again. Not to mention car shakes when driven, which makes me think probably not well maintained on the maintenance end !!! If you have other options choose them, not worth the hassle or your money. Thanks to customer service for helping me resolve this issue.
