Unfortunately, we would not recommend Brandon as a renter to other Turo owners because he damaged our 2016 Prius and did not take responsibility for it despite the photos showing it happened during his trip. We went out of our way to try to resolve the damage claim directly to save him the $500 Turo fee for handling claims, on the damage that was estimated at $600 by a professional shop. We even offered to fix the damage ourselves for only $200, yet he still did not want to take responsibility for the damage.
