Communication with owner was quick and easy, although the pickup location was changed a couple days prior to trip (as in other reviews as well)and ideally that would have been communicated upon booking so we could make a more convenient choice. The experience we had with the car could have been better, and we are giving three stars because the car was not clean and the license tabs were expired since April.
