When I rented this truck I thought it was a good price and very easy to get it. Log in and pay with my debit card; since I don’t have any credit cards, that was very convenient for me. What I didn’t like was that the miles were limited. After my trip was over I was over 200.00 for the extra miles. Two day before my scheduled return I received a message from the app, offering extra days. I calculated that it would be cheaper to pay for 2 more days than to pay for the extra mileage. To my surprise my request was denied because the owner said that he had plans and that he needed his truck back. That was very unexpected. I took the truck back one day before the scheduled return day and after I explained the reason why I needed those extra days I got them.😔
