Best car driving experience ever. John is very kind and have a lot of knowledge about the car. He explained everything like a teacher and our ride could not been better. Hope to get John's car again next time in SF.

Turo app promised us that the car will be full of charge when we arrive, but when we arrived, it only had very little charge left. Because of that we had to start our trip by charging the car for 90 minutes. Very frustrating when we were on schedule to get to Yosemite. Because of that we needed up not making it there on time to do the hike we wanted. Also Turo app clearly promised we would get Lyft refunds to and back from the Turo Valet Location but when we got there they said we won’t get it because we didn’t come from SFO (which was not stated in the listing). Additionally the car was dirty inside with trash, dirt and hair everywhere. Basically we paid $270 (+$70 on lyft rides) to hire a car to do this hike in Yosemite, but eventually we’re not able to do it because of Turo. The experience was terrible, and we won’t recommend using Turo.
