George is prompt, polite, helpful, and friendly. But one week prior to my rental he contacted me by phone to inform me that he could not deliver the car on the date, time and place agreed due to another obligation. I specifically asked him if he was cancelling my reservation. But rather than cancel, George suggested that he could deliver the car the next day. Since I only needed the car to transfer from airport to hotel on the first day, I agreed. But I incurred the cab fare and a full day of rental of George's car for which I was denied a full day's use. I expected George to reduce the rental fee by one day, but he never did. When I asked him to do so he refused, citing that I had agreed to a "later pickup time." This wasn't a late flight or a minor change in schedule. It was a whole day shorter to which I agreed upon George's request. My advice? If you are requested to change the terms or conditions of your rental, ask the owner to cancel your trip completely from his dashboard and start over. Do not agree to any material modifications that aren't in writing through the Turo website so as to avoid any misunderstandings.

George was great and very helpful. Reliable car and good on gas. Used to explore the island over the course of 4 days and the mileage allowed was more than enough. Was flexible in terms of pick up and return location. Would for sure rent again.
