I had booked this car for ONE WEEK. Gave him the flight name/number so we could meet up where he chose. Our flight was delayed and I communicated every step of the delay-- from when our plane was delayed to when we took off to when we landed to when we got our baggage. Got approximately no response except one "you late?" Came outside with my small child and wife, and no one was there. After several tries reaching a non-setup voicemail, I reached out to Turo support and found out he had cancelled the trip AND KEPT ALL MY MONEY for being "uncommunicative." I don't want anyone to stand around, with their kid expecting a car, and then have everything change on them. So please, stay away.
