Great car. Bluetooth and great on gas. A little uncomfortable with the check in process. Turo verified drivers license and info so taking a picture and sending to a random number was not the coolest idea to me.
The remote unlock and lock was a little weird, but quick. I had to upload a picture of my DL, which isn't necessarily legal to ask for. I don't understand why that was necessary either. The pick up and drop off was easy enough, though. The car drove fine, except for a few odd noises at times. It could just be that I'm not used to driving a car that small. The instant 24/7 booking was a lifesaver, though!
Everything was great with the car it was brand new and had enough room for 4 guys from the Midwest. . Had a bit a snag with uploading my photos for the verification process due to poor phone service where the car was parked. Other than that the remote unluck and locking system was great. I will use ecoBuggie again.
They offer one of the best rental car experiences in the area. They are flexible and offer some of the best rental rates for the vehicles provided. And locations for pickup/return are excellent as well.
The automated pick-up/return system is very smart, but it takes quite a while to charge all the pictures and make sure the car opens. So keep in mind you'll need time, battery in the mobile and follow closely the instructions! Car is not in great conditions, but it does its duty of taking you around for a fair price.
I've rented cars several times so far from Vincent and it has been by far the most convenient experience. I needed a car last minute in many occasions and Vincent has been responsive and accommodating. The remote unlocking makes it very convenient to pick up and drop off.
Everything was great with the car, however, I wasn't a fan of the pick/return process because I was in a hurry and I had issues uploading the photos to Turo. So it took a while before I could get the car unlocked, but for the price of the rental it was worth it.
BEAWARE: IF YOU BRING THE CAR 10 MIN LATE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A 50 $ FEE !!!! Not worthy, i wasnt able to reach anyone from the management - they were responsive only at first but as soon as an issue arise they disappered. On TURO its plenty of alternative where there are actual reasonable people from the other end.
Convenient and practical pick up and drop off (be sure to arrive at exact time of pick up, otherwise you'll be waiting on your own), but the car was in poor condition. This was obviously the result of not having the car inspected, and cleaned/maintained in between rentals. The car was filthy and smelled of cat urine.
Convenient pick up/drop off. However, car wasn't clean upon pick up and mileage cap was low. Had family visit from out of town and took them around city and to SD over the weekend and ended up paying extra for few mileage overage.
The car was ok. only issue I had with it was during the rain the car literally started gliding with me and the indicator did show up on the dashboard. For a second I lost control because it would not break. I literally had to just put it in park while the engine was still on. Good car it's just not meant to be driven in the rain .
Thank you so much, Vincent! Our previous Turo reservation cancelled on us last minute, but we were able to rent from Vincent within two hours of our rental time. We realty needed this and appreciate Vincent.
The gas millege on this car is faniminal , I nicknamed it the bullet . Very comfotable for a small family .

Car Was great! Brand new. Easy and automatic streamlined process. However, since this is a process without Human customer service from an assistant etc everything must be documented via photograph upon pickup and drop off otherwise you could be liable for someone elses misdeeds.
First thing I noticed when I got in the car was that the tire pressure was low. I had to go out of my way to find a tire store to fill the tires real quick. Other than that, it was pretty straight forward.
It was my first time renting on Turo, the car was perfect and I easily extended an extra day. Just a heads up to others, you don't meet with a real person it's all automated. This was a new experience for me and I arrived with an almost dead phone, there was low internet service where the car was parked, and I was in a hurry so be prepared and allow extra time when picking up the car.
It was a bad experience. They charged extra miles (35 miles) for the same amount of one day rent . They don't take into consideration that there is miles driving to pickup the car and bring it back . It was my first time using this application and it will be the last . They charged me the extra money without getting my approval or even replying to my messages.
Such an easy seamless process! Was worried about having to wait too long for the car to be unlocked as some reviews had mentioned that but I had no issue. The car was unlocked and ready to go promptly! Definitely will rent again!
I rented a car with Vincent several times. Very convenient and no hassle. The cars unlock remotely and they always have it in spots where you can find easy parking when dropping off again. Great service
Overall the car was super clean and came in handy. Had a little bit of a difficulty picking up the car because the clarity of the selfie was not clear enough as per instructed. So that part I wasn't a fan of but everything else was ok.
It's my second time renting with Vincent and as always it was a smooth and easy process. The car is GREAT on mileage thanks to the eco setting. Very easy and convienient. I highly recommend renting with Vincent!
I rented the 500e for quite sometime as I had put my clunker to rest and in need of a car until I could get a new car. It was a struggle to get the car because the auto unlock had frozen and I needed to call Turo roadside to get it unlocked and waited 3 hours until someone could come. But upon hearing my situation Vincent/eco biggie were very accommodating and even lowered the daily price so I could afford it better. The draw back of this is you need to contact customer service and you need to pay the original amount until your trip has ended and then get refunded. I did so and customer service was quick to let me know that I had to get confirmation and originally I did and unfortunately there had been a mix up and the dates Vincent confirmed for prices were off. So when I reached out again to adjust said prices. He avoided the question and never gave an response. And without the adjusted response there's apparently nothing customer service can do or they won't do anything it's hard to tell. So unsure how things will turn out. But it's leaving a bad impression since originally it seemed to be going to well.
The car itself is very handy and drives well. I didn't charge it accordingly so I received the $25 fee which I might add I already paid but still no word on my refund. Which is disappointing.
MAKE NOT OF THE INCLUDED MILES! I didn't and it cost me. My fault, though I'm not sure where they expect you to get on 100 miles a day. If you need a car while on vacation, or even for heavy errands, look elsewhere. You can get a car from a legit rental place for about $30 per day that includes unlimited miles - which is what I'll do from now on.
If you don't need more than 100 miles and don't mind the higher daily rate... the owner is organized. The car is a little banged up and the AC is weak.
