This was our first and probably last rental from Turo. Troy informed us that she would get someone to drop off the car at an alternate location. We arrived and the other person gave us the key( with lock and unlock buttons missing) and gave us instructions about making sure everything is turnoff before leaving the car because if you don’t, it’ll drain the battery and you’ll have to get a jump. A few minutes later, Troy called and told us the same thing. I offered to give Troy the car back the same evening. She called the next morning saying to meet her at 12:30. We arrived at the meeting place at 12:30 for her to say she’ll be there in 45 minutes. So we waited in the mall until she arrived. Previously she said she would drop us off at a certain location. When she arrived she did take us to a certain location but then asked for money for taking us. It was no problem, but she should have said there would be a charge when she offered to take us to a new location.
