The car was great, though a little worse for wear than the pictures may show. The problem was communication. Two hours late for pickup (and it wasn’t even delivered to me by Megan), I was told to Uber to a pickup spot across the city and was not reimbursed, and I had to leave the car in a lot to be returned after two hours of trying to get in touch. I almost missed my flight!
