The car would not charge in the outlet in the home where I was staying. Zach agreed to take the car back and cancel the reservation the same day he delivered it to me. He took the car back but lied about canceling the reservation because he would not accept my request online. I could not rebook another car because Zach did not cancel the reservation after taking the car back from me. There was also a previously broken air vent in the car which came apart once I opened it. I was charged for this and charged for a car that wasn’t in my possession.
