The car was returned with damage to the stow-away cover, missing a floor mat, and a parking ticket came in later on.

Communication was choppy, the rent was not extended timely on the Turo app.

He returned the car with damage and dirty. The roof was completely scratch ,because they carried some stuff on the roof as a truck.Front seats adjustment parts was completely broken. He didn't want to pay extra mileage and gas but Turo solved all the issues.
