Alicia was very nice and met me on time for the initial pick up of the car. However, there were a couple of concerns I had. Alicia mentioned the car tags were dated 12/2018 (from another state) and she would be returning there soon to update them. She noted the registration being in the glove department. I should have checked prior to taking the car but took her word for it. I noticed upon arrival of my destination that the registration was nowhere to be found and the only document in the glove department was the car manual and smog documentation. Upon returning the car, Alicia did not communicate she would not be home and how best to drop off the car - I assumed she would meet me when I dropped it off at her apartment complex. I texted her 30 minutes prior to the scheduled drop off time. She said she was not home but to park the car in the open and publicly accessible apartment garage, leave the car unlocked and leave the keys in the glove box. I told her I was uncomfortable with that as that is not safe. She then had her neighbor meet me to grab the car and keys. The entire time our communication was via text and when I tried to call her she said it was bad service, nonetheless she was able to text me. I wish there was more clarity around the tags, registration and car return process.
