I wrote twice and never got a response. The car I'd managed by third party. Headlights were dangerously low. Even the high beams did nothing. I wouldnt rent this car again.

Beware. This turo owner will “claim” that you damaged her vehicle by cracking the windshield. Upon pick up of this vehicle it has 1 large crack across the middle and what appeared to be two rock cracks. I was advised I did not need to take before and after photos because the company assisting me in my rental already did that. Then about 2 hrs after dropping the vehicle back off I received an email that said Amanda claims I damaged her vehicle but no other details so I called turo and they said I cracked her windshield. Hmm. Imagine that. Well I then checked the listing and came across the same exact senario where a lady was accused of cracking the windshield in two separate locations but both cracks were already there and she had to deal with fighting back and forth to get this claim denied. I did not damage her vehicle what so ever. But I would however avoid this renter because she obviously lies a lot. Also she avoids communication after she makes false accusations... imagine that.
