I really don’t like leaving bad reviews anywhere. This was my first full Turo experience and it wasn’t what I hoped. It was a host-less pick up, where I picked up the key and car from a valet; that was very convenient. Lincoln’s car is in good condition and makes for great driving, but the car was dirty from the previous renter: dirty on the outside, the carpets were dirty with white foot prints and mud on the inside, and the front panel/dash seem to have sprayed soda on it. There were even airline receipts and McDonald’s receipts from the previous renter. All of this I had to clean, because that day was my sisters wedding, and I did not have time to find another rental at such a late time. This car was to be used to transport my sister in her wedding dress. All of this caused a huge delay and massive frustration, as you can imagine, and actually caused delays in getting to the church. When I booked this car I paid for the $30 cleaning service that Lincoln offered, in which I did not have to worry about cleaning the car before I returned it (this was a 24 hour or less rental). I was very upset that I paid for such a fee, however I still ended up having to clean the car myself because of the state that it came in. What was just as frustrating was the lag in communication with Lincoln when I brought up the issue and had additional questions about drop off. I did not hear from him until the following day, after the car was already returned. Since then, there still does not seem to be effort on Lincoln’s part to come up with some type of answer, solution, or even an apology. It has been disappointing experience that I hope doesn’t stop me from renting with Turo again.

Lincoln Was Super Responsive, The Car Was Amazing I Even Extended It For Up To A Week And He Confirmed Right Away Will Love To Rent Again. Thank You So Much Lincoln 😁

Car was not clean when I picked it up and has a few dings and dents that were not mentioned before hand
