We definitely had some issues with communication. They were 30 minutes late picking us up after our arrival even though I communicated that our flight had left on time and sent numerous messages after landing. Car was clean. Pick up and drop off drivers were nice. Again communication issues on the return as we needed to leave a little earlier than originally stated. I communicated at 11:30 am that we needed to be at the rental agency at 2:15 pm instead of 3pm but did not hear back. I tried calling and texting via app numerous times. Phone message stated that the agency was open from 8am to 3pm but no one answered calls. Driver showed up at 2:35 pm. All worked out in the end. Overall we were happy with the car and the price but they need to iron out the communication problems
